Herb Marinated Lamb Chops
Easter is coming up this weekend! I thought I’d try out a recipe for lamb chops in honor of the holiday. Lamb chops can be a bit spendy which is why we would only have these on special occasions. Also, at least in our area, most of the larger grocery stores do not carry lamb loin chops. Lucky for me, we have a great local grocery store with a stellar meat department (Leon’s) and they had exactly what I needed and they wrapped it up in white butcher paper (I really hate those styrofoam plates with plastic wrap).
Once you have your lamb loin chops, you probably have the rest of the ingredients on hand. A quick grilling or broiling of the meat will have you enjoying your Easter dinner in minutes instead of hours!
